First Nick Lachey got engaged to Vanessa Minnillo last week then this week Jessica Simpson got engaged to her boyfriend Eric Johnson - coincidental or just plan wacky!!
What's next them getting married within a week of each other. Here is a picture of the ring that Jessica received - very different, don't' know if I like the gold with the ruby and diamond.
Oh Jessica Simpson...why do you continue to make headlines? Why do people care about you? Is it because you crank out the hits with your music...occasionally maybe, but only once in a blue moon. Could it be that we all sympathize with your continuous battles with your weight and rollercoaster love life, maybe, but quite frankly, who really gives a rat's *ss. Oh right, its probably because your chest balloons out farther than your feet. If Jonathon Lipnicki was correct when he said that the "human head weighs 8 pounds", then I'll bet those suckers weigh about 15 pounds each. Paging Biomed department, we need reinforcement for the mammogram machines please.

Well you DID give your vote to Mondo, but the question is...was it YOU that caved when the cameras were off and allowed Crunchy Granola Two Faced to steal the rightful title and $$ away from our beloved Mondo? I say tell us the truth behind the camera in your next book. I know someone who will probably read it. Nothing like a celebrity tell all to put us to sleep at night (paging Tori Spelling).

Nick Lachey, I side with you since you continue to keep a lower profile. But please tell your brother to resume his previous short stint as co-host of DWTS. For God sakes, must we suffer the ridiculous questioning of Brooke Burke again? At least Samantha Harris is gone...at the minimum I can respect Brooke for having put forth the work to obtain the DWTS crown, even if her legs are freakishly flamingo-like.
